i. The product is damaged when it arrives to the consumer.
ii. All products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
iii. The product is returned within 14 days of purchase and has been approved by us for return. So contact us straight away if there's a problem.
To return a product, please send an email to email@example.com to notify us of your intent to return one or more items. Please include your name, your phone number, the items you plan to return, a photo of the product(s) if damaged and the reason for the return. Our products have a solid reputation and allergic reactions are very rare, but if you do have one, we require at least one photo of your skin to be attached to your email as evidence of an allergic reaction and a statement about which product you used and how.
